- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All moves are not created equal. Our pricing is all based on how much stuff we are moving. One of our moving coordinators will go over all of your inventory and provide you with a great rate to handle your move. Are you military, first responder, or a teacher? We've got a discount for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our moving coordinators will do an initial consult to understand the scope of your move and explain the entire process. From there we will do an inventory review to accurately assess the load size and provide you with the pricing to handle your move. Once we have you on our calendar you will have access to our operations team and we will provide you with information on how to pack every single item in your home (if you plan on doing the packing yourself, of course we can also do that for you as well). On pick up day our team of movers will show up to begin working right away pad wrapping all of your large items and loading your belongings on to one of our trucks. After that we will meet you at your new destination and unload your things into your new home to complete your relocation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience matters when it comes to moving! Our management team has 45+ years of experience coordinating and executing interstate moves.
