We had an unexpected failure of our front door lock late in the evening. We reached out to 24hr River City Locksmith and got a response from Eli within 5 minutes and he was able to replace our lock and fix our handle clasp within the hour. Eli surpassed our expectations given the last minute nature of our call. He was responsive, prompt, he went over all our options and made sure we were happy with the end result. We have Victorian home and he was so careful not to cause any unnecessary damage or aesthetic changes to our door. We highly recommend his services and look forward to working with him again as we continue renovations in our home.

Eli arrived when he said he would. It took him about 10 minutes (if that), to take a look at our lock and give us a key! Easy peasy! Great dude! Also does garage doors. Very respectful and courteous. Even my dog, who barks at everyone, cozied up to him immediately..and you know - dogs can tell!
