- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimate Fee: For customers just looking for an idea on the cost for a specific project but not looking to hire we are happy to set one for how ever we do charge a $50 fee, however if you decide to schedule work to be done that fee is waived or applied to your total cost for your project. Discounts: If your looking for routine maintenance or need a Handy Man On-Call we offer discounts through both our Maintenance Plans and our Prepaid Flex Plan. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every project big or small as the owner and your first point of contact. Once I receive your inquiry I like to get a phone consultation scheduled right away to go over your project. We strive to and do a same-day estimate and if possible get you set up with your appointment with in 24hrs. From their you receive you confirmation and see which one of our techs will be assigned and have a full time line of the completion of your project step by step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and my team have crafted our skills to focus on property improvement, preventative maintenance, remodeling, as well as exceptional curb appeal practices, carpentry, HVAC, Appliance repair and troubleshooting. I myself have over a decade of Property Maintenance and General Construction experience and have personally trained each of techs to provide quality service and repairs and continually working to better our skills and increase our timing on large projects to meet our number one goal : Providing top quality work in timely manner.
