They came to my house because my fireplace was making strange noises and it turned out to be much more dangerous than I expected! From going to just an inspection and cleaning service, they had to repair it because it had many cracks, they were able to solve all the work very quickly and efficiently, my chimney is excellent and I paid a very good price. I really recommend this team.

Price quoted for the job was extremely high. All I needed was my dryer vent cleaned out which is a 5 to 10 minutes job. They wanted $300 which was a set price rather than a, minute charge. I told the service provided no and I would pay their service charge. We went back and forth with the company ending with a $170.00 flat fee. I still said No. He asked, what I expected to pay, and based on the average price on google, I said $100 to $120. He left with $70 (no change back). Then about 10-15 minutes later, he returned and said they would do the job for $120. He finished the job in 9 minutes. The price was still too high. It was a very frustrating experience. Also, I had to schedule an appointment time online which was for Sunday at noon but I received a call Sunday morning and they rescheduled the appointment for Wednesday between 12 - 2. I wouldn't recommend this service company.

Unfortunately, we did not receive any response, and as per our policy, we do not send a technician without confirmation to ensure our customers are prepared for the service.
