Noel take the time to correct some problems that some unprofessional contractors perpetuated against me. These individuals created a lot of headaches that were costly to my property and my projects. They stole my money and did not get the building permits to aid me like claim they would. They lied to me and this resulted in the city and county of Sacramento enforcing excessive fines and fee against me. I lost close to a $100,000 because of these contractors. The project was not completed. Every month I had to pay a fine and fee because the code enforcement found multiple discrepancies with contractor's quality of work. I was working 20 hours days, 7 days a week to fix all these problems. Nobody wanted to help me and I understand because this was my problem. That was until God blessed me and sent me Noel with his incredible skills and kind-hearted nature. He was very understanding and patient. Noel fought vigorously to get my building permits. He created the proper building plans to get the city and county off my back. Noel help keep the building inspectors and code enforcement updated about our process and progression. He consistently emailed the CDD which resulted in building a trustworthy relationship that gave leverage for me to come up with the funds to complete this building permits process. I would highly encourage everyone that reads this to understand that you are in professional hands and Noel Cruz will fight until everything is right. Stay blessed everyone. Noel has been a joy to work with! We purchased an 1957 adobe brick house that needs a ton of work. Noel took my vision and worked within the excellent bones of the house to create what will be our dream home. He has been professional, timely, and extremely easy to work with from the very first meeting!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I set up a phone call meeting to learn more about the project and answer any questions the client may have. Then, I send my proposal, based on the gathered information, to the client. Once contract is signed and approved, I begin performing my services, per contract.
