- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer either a one time service or monthly with a 6 month contract. Discount prices are available with a contract and I offer referral incentives to my customers, In addition to weekly pool service cleaning, I offer filter cleaning at a discounted cost,
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule a meeting time with the customer to overlook the project, discuss the process, and and answer any questions they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to being a pool owner and working as a swimming pool technician, I also received a Bachelors Degree in Mass Communications and I have over 20 years experience in outside sales. This combination allows me to communicate with my customers in a personable and professional manner.
