Patrick and his colleague installed a 12x12 Yardistry gazebo from Costco. They mounted it on the 12x12 concrete slab as requested. Assembly took place in the garage and driveway. Then they brought the pieces to the backyard for installation.
Patrick's great at communication. We communicated through Thumbtack and agreed to install the gazebo in 4 days. He showed up on the scheduled day and completed the installation in 5 hours. He is highly recommended.

We had Borice and his team come install our gazebo from Costco, and they did amazing! They were efficient and their quality of works was great.

He was the first to respond. Overall, did a good job installing a 13x15 ft Gazebo. There was one issue where the concrete cracked in the corner while fastning the base to our concrete patio. The crack was minor and we are still happy with the job.

Patrick and his co-worker installed a Yardistry Grand 12x14' Gazebo I purchased from Costco in my backyard. After reading the Yardistry reviews, I knew there was no way I could install it myself, as it takes at least 2-3 people and often can take multiple days because it's so complicated with so many pieces. It was totally worth paying someone to assemble it for me.
I saw Patrick has installed a lot of Yardistry gazebos and has a ton of 5 star reviews so went with him. He was very responsive and gave me a quote right away and I was able to get on his schedule on a day that worked for me. When he showed up he went right to work breaking down the boxes and assembling all of the pieces. It was clear he's done this many times.
I was amazed/impressed at how quickly they assembled the gazebo (in about 4.5 hours), as I thought it would take 5-6 hours at least. I'm very happy with the gazebo, however, there were a few minor mistakes that I discovered after the install, and I have a feeling it was due to how quickly the install went.
I found there were 4 metal brackets that were secured to the roof on one side but were missing screws on the other side (they were not installed). I also found 1 bolt that holds 2 pieces of wood together was completely loose and not tightened. It also looks like they used the wrong size screws for 2 joist brackets, as the screws poke through the wood on the other side so the joist isn't totally flush with the wood, although I don't think anyone will notice and I'm sure it's structurally fine.
Long story short, I bought some screws from Lowes and installed them myself and tightened the loose bolt which took just a couple of minutes. So no biggie, but this is something you would not expect to have to do when paying an expert. In Patrick's defense, as soon as I let him know, he apologized profusely and offered to come back out to correct the mistakes, but I was fine doing it myself.
My recommendation is that when the installation is finished, take your time and walk around the gazebo looking for any missing screws or anything that looks incorrect so he can take care of it at that time. I was impressed with the gazebo so didn't notice these imperfections till I did a more thorough walkthrough after Patrick left. That's why the 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the end result and based on how heavy this thing is, there's no way I could have done the install myself so I'm glad I hired an installer and love that I finally have a nice patio cover for the upcoming winter.
