We believe in providing clear and fair pricing for all of our sessions. Here’s what you can expect: Transparent Pricing: Each session includes upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Any additional costs (like travel fees for sessions outside Sacramento) will be discussed beforehand to avoid surprises. Packages and Bundles: We offer customizable packages to meet a variety of needs, whether it’s a single portrait session, full wedding day coverage, or brand session bundle. Multi-session bundles come with discounted rates, allowing you to book a series of shoots at a savings. Seasonal Discounts: Throughout the year, we offer special promotions around popular seasons and holidays (such as engagement season or family photo season). Referral and Repeat Client Discounts: As a thank-you to returning clients and those who refer us, we offer loyalty discounts on future bookings. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Guava Good Co., we want your experience to be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect when you book a session with us: Initial Consultation: We start with a free consultation to understand your vision, style, and goals for the session. Whether it’s over a call or through email, we’ll cover everything from location ideas to styling tips. This is where we also discuss pricing and packages to fit your needs. Booking & Planning: Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll confirm the date and location and discuss any additional details to prepare for the shoot. You’ll receive a booking confirmation with everything you need to know, including location information, timing, and helpful preparation tips. Customized Session Guidance: On the day of your shoot, we’ll guide you through poses, locations, and candid moments. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable, natural, and confident in front of the camera, so we work collaboratively to capture the shots you’ll love. Post-Shoot Proofing and Editing: Within 48 hours of your session, you’ll receive access to an online proof gallery where you can review all images and select your favorites for final edits. After you’ve made your selections, we’ll start the editing process to bring out the best in each chosen shot. Our typical editing turnaround is 2-3 weeks, and we’ll keep you updated along the way. Delivery of Final Images: You’ll receive your edited images in a high-resolution, digital gallery, perfect for sharing, printing, or archiving.
