FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is transparent and based on the scope and complexity of the project. I provide detailed estimates before starting any work, so there are no surprises. While I don’t typically offer discounts, I ensure that the cost reflects the quality and craftsmanship you receive. If any additional fees arise during the project, I will communicate them clearly and promptly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by discussing their needs and expectations to fully understand the project. I then offer my recommendations and provide a clear plan with a timeline. Once we agree on the details, I begin the work, keeping the customer informed throughout the process. After completion, I always make sure the customer is satisfied with the results before considering the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in this field comes from hands-on experience. I learned the trade from my father, who is a skilled handyman, and I’ve spent years working alongside him on various projects. This practical training taught me the importance of quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
