The customer should know if there are a hidden fees like a driving time, some companies charge miles from their base to the house. Rates in Sonoma County $165.00 per hour for two movers and truck
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to come to the cliente house and give a free estimate in person of the move how long will take and how much will cost to do the move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got trained for a 3 months for the company that I worked in 2014. Now I have 10 years of experience doing all kinds of moving services and driving moving trucks.
