I can't say enough about the work Alex did for me. He contacted me immediately when I reached out to him. He was on time when he arrived the next day. He repaired my hot water heater quickly so that we were not without hot water for long. He is professional, friendly, up front with his bid, and reliable. We were able to get same day service for a plumbing drain pipe repair. The previous homeowner repaired not up to code before we purchased so we needed to have it updated. Very happy with the results! We will definitely have him back out to update some other plumbing in our home.
