Needed a quick remodeling and construction estimate for a refinance loan. Phil did a detailed estimate with short notice. He was great in working with me to select some DIY projects to take out of his bid to meet my budget. Professional on the phone and with proposal documentation.

We knew that we needed to add on to our home because my daughter and 2 grand babies were moving in, but that was all we knew. We met with 3 contractors. The only one that actually had ideas to help was Phils Contruction. We were thinking of adding 1 room and Phil showed us where we could make it into 2 rooms and a bath. His ideas were perfect... and it was the same cost as the 1 room addition would have been! His workman were professional and ALWAYS ON TIME! Phil was personally on the job everyday. He answered all questions every time we called....and actaully answered the phone..EVERYTIME! Our project passed inspection the first time and was completed within the time frame of the contract. We will never have another contractor, not as long as Phil is around. If you don't have Phil do it, don't complain when its not done right.

Phil was always on-time and quick to get the work completed. He did a great job and was willing to do small and big jobs alike. He always responded quickly to messages and took credit card! We used him to flip my dad's house and ended up getting over asking price because it looked so nice. He's not perfect, but I'm glad I hired him. :)
