We originally schedule for someone to come on Monday, however they reached out via the app and they were able to come out the same day which is what we really wanted. Ben arrived very professional and was very knowledgeable about the parts and how my current garage door opener was setup. Turns out we needed new springs and a new opener. Ben was able to get the parts to us same day and replaced the springs which allows our door to open up quicker because it was opening and closing very slow. We still had intermittent issues with the opener so we opted to purchase a new opener ourselves and they came back the next day to install it.

Our Technician Dawn was very Knowledgeable. Installing our new garage door opener was a challenge because of the configuration of our overhead storage. Dawn was able to work around it! He also replaced the garage door springs. He also made sure to clean up all the debris from removing the old garage door opener. Excellent job!!

I contacted 24/7 Garage door and received great customer service. He came out on time as he stated and gave me honest business. My garage door opener was allegedly fixed by a previous company however is was not done correctly and Jack was able to tell right away it was not installed correctly and what else I needed. I will use this company again.
