I serve food that is based in authentic Chinese cuisine, but is enhanced by additions from all around the world, including the places I have lived, such as Paris and the UK providing an experience unlike any other.
I'm a personal chef and I can do weekly meal preparation or cater small personal events (up to 100 people). I'm prepared to cook in a kitchen that's provided or I'm able to prepared in my own kitchen and transport. I do well to work within your budget, as much as possible. I use organic food and the best local, seasonal ingredients. I can prepare personalized menus for almost any palettes all around. I also serve vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and other specialized diets. I serve the East Bay and beyond. I know I can provided the best catering experience for you and your party.
I'm very flexible to work with. I love to exemplify my customers needs and what they really want with their meals. Each customer is different and I do my best to work with everything they want. Working with me is a great combination of what you want and what I can provide. When my customer really enjoy the food, their satisfaction is my goal. I've been cooking for 12 years and absolutely love what I do!

It was an absolutely pleasure to work with Grace when I was looking to cater dinner for my wedding reception. I had not worked with a caterer before, and had tons of questions about how it works. Grace patiently answered all my questions. On the day of the event, we served dinner significantly later than we had originally planned. Grace was very accomodating and easy to work with. She waited to make sure that our guests were served a hot dinner. The food was absolutely delicous. I especially loved the appetizers and dessert (pecan pie).
I am really thankful to Grace. Becuase of her, I could enjoy the party rather than worrying about logistics of dinner. She made the whole experience very easy and stressfree for me. Thank you so much, Grace!

I hired Chef Grace to prepare an anniversary meal for our son and daughter in law in San Francisco. I sent her a detailed menu from their wedding rehearsal dinner last year and asked if she could replicate it. She did a beautiful job cooking everything perfectly and delivering it on time and with a lovely presentation. Absolutely perfect. I took a chance as I needed a chef for a dinner in Oakville for 15. Chef Grace is a pro. The food was better than many of the restaurants we frequent in Napa. I will have her again for an event and I recommend her without hesitation.

Grace cooked a fabulous Thanksgiving meal - two turkeys, short ribs plus the works - for 25 people. She was excellent to work with- was on time and delivered on everything we had discussed. The guests enjoyed her delicious cooking and her kind easy attitude. I recommend Grace for any important event.
