Working with Luis was great! He was always on time let me know of any possible additional work that I might need if he could not get marks out with Sanding. He was able to restore the floors beautifully! Luis was professional, friendly and respectful of my property. He is a very clean worker and made great suggestions. He will be returning to finish additional rooms when I am ready.

Luis was very responsive, reasonably priced. Followed through on what he said he’d do and communicated well on timelines. My ONLY critique was that some of the color matching from the refinished stairs was different than the existing floors. He did set expectation upfront that this would be difficult to do exactly, so I’m not upset. He also installed new floors for us, those look great.

They scheduled an 8 AM appointment, even though I work night shifts and would only have 3 hours of sleep. I rearranged my schedule for them, but they confirmed the appointment the day before and then didn’t show up. It was extremely frustrating and unreliable.
