GCM flooring is amazing, I can’t give a high enough review. We had carpet removed and engineered hardwood installed on our upstairs floor, and two flights of stairs replaced with new white oak wood and stained to match our 1927 original flooring on the main level. The work was phenomenal; all of the wood and trim looks perfect and matches the house. The team was very professional, always on time, on schedule, and incredibly responsive.

Luis was absolutely unbelievable and got me out of a really tough situation with my floors just 2 days before I was meant to move in. I’d had a previous contractor be unable to finish his work and a partial job with mismatched stairs was left. Luis took the job 10 mins after my inquiry, and started work 18 hours after that. He finished all the work in one day, and left the stairs looking fantastic. I could not recommend him enough and will not hesitate to work with him for any of my flooring needs in the future.

We could not have asked for a better guy to do our floors. He was so professional from the beginning and the work he did was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond the call of duty and service. He was also very thoughtful in his approach giving us his insights and attention to detail. He was also very responsive and communicative at all times. Louise was also very patient with a lot of our requests and special needs for certain parts of the house. It was not a small project and he really came through with every part of it including our stairs, some small unusual spaces and even giving us some new ideas we may not have thought about. Highly recommend Luis for your next flooring job large and small.

Luis did a fantastic job, highly recommend. He has great knowledge of what floors are best on what surfaces as well, we used him for our 2,400 sqft home using engineered wood and will use him again on our barn renovation. Very professional.
