Humberto did several floor jobs for me. One was for refinishing and sanding water-damaged parquet floors that he fixed beautifully . He did a great job. In the same unit, he installed LVP in the kitchen. That came out very nice. The other jobs were for hardwood floor projects where the wood slats needed to be replaced and then sanded and refinished. The last job was a sand and refinish. He is very professional and will let you know what he can and cannot do. He is very busy, but if he can fit in the job he will. I would highly recommend him!

Humberto is a very patient and compassionate person. Not long ago, my home had water damage, so I had to replace the flooring. Unlike some contractors, he didn’t try to take advantage of my situation after learning about it. Instead, he gave me a very reasonable price, helped me purchase baseboards, and even picked up my materials. His team was very respectful of my home space and my neighbors, which I truly appreciate. I’ve worked with many contractors over the years, and overall, their service has been very satisfying. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend their services.

Humberto and his colleague refinished our hardwood floors and they look 10x better than when we first moved into our home. Humberto was always available to answer our numerous questions and showed up exactly when he said he would. The quality of his workmanship is amazing and his pricing is very competitive. We had laminate flooring and baseboards installed in our condo over a concrete subfloor. Humberto and team offered a very competitive quote. The work done was very professional - he showed up everyday early and Humberto was always around and working on the site (not outsourcing the job). The complex parts of the project he took on personally and did not let his team work on them. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the work and that no corners were cut, which is always a fear with jobs around the house. Humberto mentioned that he has a lot of experience with very large commercial projects in the biggest buildings and offices in the city, and it shows.
