We strive to use the best, highest quality ingredients, which is reflected in our cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first create a custom menu, and quote. Once approved, we require a 50% upfront deposit, and the balance due two weeks prior to event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both are Serve Safe Management Certified which means we are highly trained in making sure you and your guests are served food within the guidelines of safe handling practices.
