Alex was very prompt and responsive. And did a Great and Thorough job. Understood the issue and worked to address the repair of the faucet. When that didn't work, replaced the whole unit, all in the same day/time period. (And this is something a previous plumber indicated could happen, but never returned to finish the job and had waited 10 days then). He accepted the 3 subjobs [2 faucet issue, one toilet flush issue] I had requested, and he completed it all very nicely and in the single visit.

The curtain rod came off from the dry wall, left two big holes. I contacted Alex and got response within minutes. Alex showed up on time.
