His hourly rate is good, but I guess get what you pay for - crap job. Gary is a childish, churlish, and extraordinarily unprofessional plumber. He was hired to fix a dripping faucet, he made it worse then said we needed to replace the fixture. My mother and I discussed what he recommended as the best brand / type to replace it with then asked him to pick the one that would be the best fit. I wasn't there when he installed the one he purchased for us and the base plate was smaller than the one being replaced so the holes cut in the sink were exposed. It looked disgusting. He told my mother there was no better solution that our sink was the issue. 2 weeks later the sink was leaking again so we called him to come take a look, he said our garbage disposal needed replacing. I agreed to his price but pointed out the ugly germ / leak job he did on the faucet installation and he stormed out of the house saying he didn't need this "expletive". I tried to talk to him in a professional way, we just want a sink that doesn't look disgusting and need a solution. He said he would be back with a new garbage disposal to install - but never came back.

Gary is the best! I have had the pleasure of having him as my plumber for 8 years now and he always does a stellar job. He has cleared the roots from my main line, installed new cartridges in my shower faucets and fixed my sinks. Hes my go to plumber. Super kind, professional and courteous!

Jesse is one of the sons who is now running this business. We have used Gary for years and now have the pleasure of working with Jesse. He has done work for us several times and he is always fair, skilled, on time, honest and a great guy on top of all of that. He is not one of these trade professionals that tries to sell you on upgrades and major repairs. If you need a simple leaky faucet fixed, he will do that. He operates with a very rare work ethic that is almost impossible to find these days. Would not hesitate to recommend him and will be using him again when the need arises.
