A significant raised lump had occurred in the carpet in our Master bedroom, as well as a couple of additional areas that were pointed out to us when Justin performed his initial inspection. He provided us with a reasonable quote and time frame when our carpet could be re-stretched, and he set an appointment at that time. He and his son were both very professional, courteous and friendly, as well as efficient, working very clean, leaving no mess when they returned to provide their services, and the results were terrific. We would recommend their services without hesitation. My wife had called other Carpet repair services, but apparently our specific needs were too small, however, Taylor’s accepted the job and didn’t disappoint. Thank you, Justin, for your service and a job well done.
