1st choice construction was everything we could have hoped for from a construction & remodel company. We spent months looking for the right team and quoting several different vendors for our kitchen remodel. Here are some things you should know about 1st choice construction as well as Sergey and his team.. We hired 1st choice because of how many times he was willing to come answer questions, be through and most importantly because this is a family first company ran by people who are trustworthy and truly care! The time they quoted is the timeframe they stuck to, they actually finished early! Not only did they deliver on time, but the attention the detail couldn’t have been more spot on. The people he brings in are true masters of their craft and do it right the first time. Sergey helped us determine what our design could look like, we needed recommendations, on design, materials, colors, finishes and he spent the time to make that dream come true. His 3D renderings were incredible followed by a detailed plan of how to execute. pricing was beyond fair and any additional charges for unexpected things like moving wiring were fairly priced and explained. We added new floors & baseboards and even an exterior French door to our list in addition to the kitchen remodel and he made it happen WITHOUT time extensions. I truly am so impressed and grateful to 1st choice construction. They are a wonderful local business with INCREDIBLE people who do the work. I highly recommend to anyone looking for renovations!!

1st Choice Construction are the best contractors available. We had a kitchen remodel project that required a lot of work. They were able to complete the project quickly and everything looks great. I would highly recommend 1st choice construction for all of your construction projects. We are already in discussions about our next project. 5 stars!

Awesome job on our down-to-studs JJ and Guest bathrooms remodels, bringing original 1958 to 2022! We are new to Sacramento and I found 1st Choice Consturction on the Google reviews here. When Sergey dropped in for a quote, he gave me just a figure. So I met with him again at his showroom and he spent 1.5 hours talking me through every detail I had written, making sure I knew what to expect. The work done by each of his contractors (demolition, electrical & plumbing, tiling, plastering, stonework, cabinet maker, painting, glass door, flooring) was exceptional and professional. Sergey coordinated all of the various elements of the project, took care of everything and was responsive to things and changes that came up. The job was finished on time and on budget, and to a high quality. We are overjoyed with the end result.
