- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices fluctuate based on certain factors of the pool. Chemicals are included in monthly rate. Will give quote for weekly service upon seeing pool in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet in person, see the pool and equipment. After that I will give you a quote for weekly service. Once accepted I add you in to my system and set a specific day of the week for service and it will be same day each week. I also send weekly service reports to your email with a photo. Billing is done through email, or bank.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 7+ years in the industry, trained by some of the top pool professionals in the industry. I am related to the poolman of the nation. I have great connections here. I Helped grow a large pool service business before starting my own.
