We had a great experience with Joe from AWC HVAC services. Quick responses, we had an appointment booked for the next morning Joe arrived and assessed the issue with our heating system and provided thermostat recommendations, and explained the differences between the models and which one was most efficient. He quickly replaced our 2 thermostats and got our heat back up and running. Very cost-effective for all budgets.

We decided to hire Joe to replace our AC, heating and coil units altogether because of his knowledge, clear communication and thoroughness. This was a huge project for us, so we had tons of questions prior to the installation, on which brand to choose, pricing comparison etc. Joe is very knowledgable and he was very patient from the beginning, addressing all our questions and concerns to help us narrow down to what’s suitable for our needs. The communication was also easy and direct, not back and forth between multiple people. It helps streamline the whole communication process and provide clarity and peace of mind for us to work with him. We wanted to work with a vendor who will complete this installation project with confidence and not leaving us with any stress and issues down the line.
