Stephanie Copp is absolutely amazing and her videos are absolutely stunning! To sum it all up, she knows what she is doing! From our first conversation over the phone, I could hear the passion for what she does and the passion she has for capturing special moments throughout the wedding day that are important to us as the couple. She is bubbly, responsible, responsive, easy to work with, professional, reliable and produces quality! My favorite part about working with Stephanie is that after discussing what was important to my husband and for our day, she showed up, on time, with a smile on her face, and then I DIDN'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING ELSE. We had all forgotten the cameras were even there. Then, right on time, I get an email with a professional, easy to use link to a site with 2 videos that I can easily download that were 10000% worthy of bragging and showing off to all my newlywed friends! I am just so grateful that I found someone so positive, hardworking, and creative to film our wedding! Would highly recommend!!!

Steph did an absolutely superb job of creating a beautifully edited slide show of my husband's life for his memorial service. Many, many people who saw the slide show commented on how moving it was and how the flow of music and photos was wonderful. She also created a video of the actual memorial service itself, which we had done via Zoom and video due to Covid-19. She was very responsive to my inquiries and wishes throughout the projects and delivered everything on time for a reasonable price. Steph's excellent work and professionalism made it a pleasure to leave her a tip! I love being able to watch the slide show and video over and over and will treasure them forever. I have already asked Steph to do other projects and am a very happy, satisfied repeat customer! Thank you, Steph!

My experience with Stephanie was absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough about this girl and her dedication to her work. A little back story, my husband and I were due to get married in April 2020 and my mom had reached out to Steph as a gift for us because all I wanted was a Videographer since we were planning a very small ceremony in Northern California. Well, Covid hit and all of our plans were ruined. We did still get married on our date but everything else was on hold for the time being. I had the idea to proceed with video and photography like we normally would have on our wedding day and Steph was so responsive and encouraging in helping us do so! She helped me pick out the locations to get the footage, she was so helpful for us awkward little birdies who aren’t very comfortable in front of the camera. (All it took was a little serenading with Disney songs to help us relax haha!) THIS GIRL KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING! I can not be happier with how our video has turned out and I can’t wait to share it with my family who didn’t get to be with us when we officially tied the knot. THANKS AGAIN STEPH YOU'RE THE BEST

Stephanie is the best hands down! I hired Stephanie to video my daughters wedding that was scheduled in April of 2020. Due to covid the venue canceled and my daughter and her fiancé decided to get married on their date in a very small intimate ceremony in our backyard. My daughter was disappointed that she didn’t get to be married in the location originally planned in Northern California so we asked Stephanie if she could recommend a photographer and if we could go to the location in October 2020 and do their video and photography in their formal wedding attire. She was so helpful in finding us an amazing photographer and helped pick out stunning locations for all of it and the video came out amazing!

From the first phone call Stephanie was a pleasure to work with. She did the video for our wedding in December and the final product was BEAUTIFUL. I would use her for any event. Also she had our video ready for us on the day she promised. I highly recommend using Stephanie.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
WEDDINGS - From $2500 - $4500 with a full coverage weekend package for $7500. ELOPEMENTS - From $1000 - $2200 ADVENTURE ELOPEMENTS - From $2000 - $3500 - Add-ons range from $100 - $1000 - Travel up to 1.5 hrs one way from Petaluma, CA included 25% of the total is due as a non-refundable deposit to book your wedding date
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
INQUIRY - Reach out via my website and fill out the questionnaire. It will prompt you to set up a call so we can continue the conversation. CHAT - I'll call you and your fiancé so we can see if we're a good fit to work together and I can give you a custom quote. PROPOSAL - Then I send a proposal which outlines the custom quote, payment and and contract terms. BOOK! - If it all looks good, and you're ready to secure me for your date it's as easy as e-signing the contract and paying your non-refundable deposit (25% of the total). CHECK-IN CHAT - About a month from your date we will check-in about your timeline and see if there are any adjustments you need to make. This is a great time to let me know about anything special you have planned so I can be prepared to capture everything that is most important to you. WEDDING DAY! - Filming and fun! Can't wait to celebrate with you! EDITING - For standard edits my turnaround time is 16 weeks. If your wedding is 11/11/22 then you'd receive your edits by 3/11/23 DELIVERY - You will receive your videos via Vimeo where you can request revisions and then final videos will be uploaded to a custom Wedflow Wedding Video Album. You are also welcome to purchase a USB or Video Playbook (great anniversary gift!) with your videos for storing and sharing. REVIEW - After you're all set with your videos I will send you links to post a review on your experience. This helps other couples to have an idea of what working with me is like. It also helps to ensure that I'm able to continue creating digital time capsules for other happy couples. STAY IN TOUCH :) - I love connecting with my couples on Instagram and watching their lives together unfold. From buying houses, traveling, and growing their families, after being such a big part of your wedding day, it's so fun to follow along on your future adventures! I also love to offer referral discounts to your friends and family. 😉
