Each session is 60mins 10mins Warm-up and dynamic warm up 40 mins Weight training 10mins Cool down and stretching Monthly option Starter program - 1 session a week (4 sessions per month) Recommend program- 2 sessions a week (8 sessions) ideal for weight loss, tone up. Perfect for beginner to intermediate level. Advance Program - 3 sessions a week (12 sessions) ideal for muscle growth, short term goals, special events. Perfect for intermediate to advance level. Monthly programs are included - nutrition plan customized for you based on your goals, break down to gram of carbs, fat and protein - full plan of workout the rest of the week
