I had know idea how to find what I wanted for my son's prom, but found it through RESRV. The staff (Ryu) communicated very well and cleary, laid out everything and made sure I had a clear understanding. The reservation process was seamless including an app for my personal use and tracking. The driver for the event Jeanette ,was awesome. Sweet yet professional. She was kind enough to offer suggestions for photo taking and very patient. The Cadillac Lyriq was FIRE..... definitely fitting for the occasion. I've nothing but high PRAISES for the RESRV team. They're a solid company I highly recommend. I'll most definitely use theri services again. Thank you for a wonderful experience for my son and his date......Be Blessed!

I was nervous about using a car service, but I had absolutely nothing to worry about. It was a phenomenal experience. He was beyond professional and we were more than impressed. Our group had a marvelous time at the prom and it started with our driver. If anyone wants to feel special and exclusive I highly recommend this service.

Ryu was GREAT!!! I would hire him every day if I could so I don't have to drive to OC all the time. Ryu was responsive to my texts and concern he's not a fraud.(because I found others that were!) He was attentive to our communication and assured me he is the real deal. He picked us up within 15 min. of our departure time and drove us to Santa Barbara in a Black SUV XL.. 8 of us went to dinner and he waited in town until it was time to return home. I texted him when dinner was finished and he was there pronto. Highly reliable professional. 10 star service!!
