Alvaro was very professional although they were pushing a bit late and I didn’t know how long the work would take I have children that go to school and I work, but still got things done accordingly. I would utilize him again.

I have recently been having a string of bad experiences with tradesmen whose work lacks quality and have no care/ respect for how they do the work. But Alvaro and his crew are just different. I had a critical inspection that I needed to pass by the Los Angeles Housing Department and they showed up next day to do a walk through and come up with a game plan to fix each issue, ranging from finish work to electrical and mechanical work. I was very impressed by Alvaro's knowledge of construction and knowing exactly what needs to be done. Alvaro fixed all the issues, walked with the inspector and obtained sign off for my issue. I have just found my go-to person for all my future needs. They are professional, efficient, quality-focused and most important, very honest. I was so appreciative of Alvaro's work that paid him above what he requested in his quote as a way to say thank you. He messaged me and alerted me immediately that I "overpaid him." Most would not do that, but he did and it just further signified his integrity. Hire him! You wont regret it.
