FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is low compared to other competitors. I try to make just as much money as I see fair. If I wouldn't pay a certain amount, I won't charge a certain amount. I have no hidden fees. I don't increase cost once I give you a quote. And the bigger the project, the bigger the savings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call is always good to work out an introduction and to see if the project and customers are a good fit with me. Time is money and I don't want to waste yours or mine. I am quick to respond and anyone can tell very quickly that I would be perfect for their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years cumulative experience in trades work. I worked for a general contractor, as well as an electrical company. I have been doing projects like this on my own since 2020
