Workers arrived in timeframe promised, but there was no advance call before arrival, which was also promised. Workers removed door to examine, found rollers in good shape, applied spray-on lube, put Door back on, and charged 300 dollars. Way overpriced for nature of work.

He also provided guidance in selecting the correct hardware. Tommy is very knowledgeable and confident in his craft and you could really see it in the results. When he returned to repair the jambs, he ably and creatively worked through complications that arose, and completed the job ahead of when he anticipated.
