Very happy with the customer service and the great results, especially on our carpeted stairs. Communication was great and everyone I was in touch with was really helpful and friendly when booking the job from arranging to communicating arrival times through to the completion of the cleaning. The carpet was cleaned promptly, and they did a great job. The carpets look and feel brand new.

Jasper's Carpet Cleaning exceeded my expectations and I'm glad I took a chance on a new company. I was nervous that the stains in my carpet were permanent after my dog's accident, but Kevin tackled it with expertise. Not only did he effectively remove the pee odor, but the carpet looked brand new. His professionalism and attention to detail were impressive!
