1. Project-Based Pricing – Our pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and labor required. Each project is quoted individually to ensure accuracy. 2. Detailed Estimates – We provide a detailed estimate outlining labor, materials, and any additional costs before starting work. 3. Change Orders – Any modifications or additional work requested after the estimate is approved will require a formal change order, which may impact cost and timeline. 4. Deposits & Payment Schedule – - A deposit is required to secure your project in our schedule. - Payments are typically structured in milestones (e.g., deposit, midway progress, and final payment upon completion). 5. Material Costs – Customers can choose materials through our recommended suppliers or purchase their own. If we procure materials, they will be included in the estimate. 6. Permit & Inspection Fees – If permits are required, the cost will be included in the estimate or billed separately as needed. 7. Discounts & Promotions – We occasionally offer seasonal promotions or bundle discounts for larger remodels—ask about any current offers. 8.
