They work with you. I asked for the quote to be done several different ways based on fence hieght and style. They also contact the nieghbor so the cost split is 50/50.

Hired them to do some work on my fence. They gave me an arrival time of between 8am-9am. At 915 am I asked where they were, project manager had no clue. 945am they called me back and said they had issues at a previous job. Hard to believe they had a job before 8am. They said they would be at my place by 12pm. They did not arrive until 1230. Poor poor customer service. Follow up to post. Although, that day they had bad customer service, they do great work. Also, once they caught wind of my dissatisfaction, they went out of their way to apologize and make things right. I’d give them 4.5 now

Our only disappointment was a lack of communication. Although the contractor and project manager had set a start date the Friday before the next Wednesday start. However we were not informed of the date until the day before the start date. We tried to reschedule but the contractor called and explained that his lumber delivery was free if we kept to the original date. We offered to pay for the delivery but the schedule of lumber and workers was difficult to change. We are very satisfied with the fence.

For our fences, pricing is based on linear footage of fencing you need. We confirm those measurements in person during an on site visit. The type of fence you choose and whether or not it has a gate also affects the price. To provide you a fast and hassle-free quote, we create an exterior blueprint of your property through publicly available satellite imagery and base your price off those measurements.
