Adrian arrived on time, clearly explained what was to be done, and completed work within the promised time frame. The floor looked amazing after the deep cleaning. The folks came in on time, were busy all day doing tile, carpet and grout cleaning and left the home in a great state. They initially quoted a lesser amount because they were not aware of the carpet in the stairs and they had misunderstood the square footage of my counter tops, but when I pointed out the message I sent in Thumbtack and told them that they misinterpreted the message, they eventually did the work for a reasonable additional cost (which is half of what they generally charge, according to them). Only wish they had understood the ask clearly so I wouldn't have had a last minute surprise but mistakes happen and I feel their workmanship more than compensated for it.

I bought a new home and the tiles/grout needed some good cleaning. If you look on the left photo, it almost looks like mold. The right is the after. I messaged with Jonathan, but Adrian did the work. They even reclames the bottom floor to get it properly clean (I didn’t ask them to reclean it; Adrian said it didn’t look clean enough). I was mainly looking for tile/grout cleaning, but they also cleaned my carpets and stretched it in two rooms. The carpets looked great! I didn’t realize how dingy they were. Adrian and his team were responsive, on time (really appreciated that), and professional. They gave me good updates on the work. I plan to use them for future cleanings and floor work.

I submitted a request to clean off marble and tile surfaces in the bathroom. Tbh I don't know how to identify stone materials so I just sent a couple photos and hoped for the best. They gave me a reasonable estimate and I saw that I worked with them before for steam-cleaning my couches (and one of them even said, "we can clean off your grout" at the time, which inspired the request later) so I was looking forward to working with them again. When they arrived, they told me what was possible within the estimate and what it would actually cost if I got it to 100% pristine condition for both the marble and tile, with the option for them to walk away at zero cost, and detailed explanations of what could be improved and cleared off within the cost estimate. I really appreciated the transparency so I went ahead with the project, and it looked a lot better!!!!! I mean seriously, it was pretty filthy looking before I hired them. Maybe when I want to splurge, I'll hire them for a full marble restoration project but there's just too many other maintenance things to sort out right now so I'm just really excited the bathroom doesn't look disgusting anymore.
