Max responded to us very quickly and arrived at our party on time. He perfectly did everything he said in the introduction about himself on this website. He didn't stop at all, totally focusing on his twisting art! And it was like magic because he could literally make ANYTHING you want through balloon twisting!!! I liked the balloon rainbow so much that I asked him for one after the super happy kids. And I really like that he also well kept all the balloon arts attached to his cart for the kids, so the kids could still run away to enjoy other activities at the party without breaking their balloon arts. Also, he kept his mask on all the time and didn't even drink any water we offered. Many friends asked me how I found Max, actually, they noticed he never stopped balloon twisting and told me he was so great. We felt very glad and lucky that we invited Max to our party.

Ash was the first to respond when I was inquiring about face painting and balloon twisting. She was very friendly in her message and showed me her work that was done previously. Ash constantly kept in contact about her services and has me fill out a questionnaire about my event. This was a great step because it let me know what she needed as well as what can help her give the best experience possible. From there, she sent a confirmation email letting me know the date of my event is confirmed and if any last minute changes have occurred to let her know.
On the day of the event, Ash called me to let me know she was on her way. She arrived promptly and immediately set up and started doing what she does best. The expression on the children’s faces told it all. They were beaming with happiness and didn’t waste any time showing off their newly painted faces/arms. The balloon twists were different from what I expected. They were far more than just the basic. My nephew showed of his balloon shaped as a sword. There was also one that was a bat with a ball dangling from it. It was definitely a highlight of the event that some parents later inquired about.
