We try to adhere to loyal but fair prices for our work, we also have discounts for regular customers 10%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client shares their problems, and we schedule a appointment at their convenience. I then arrive to assess the situation and offer two alternatives for repair or replacement. Once the client decides on the best option for them, I proceed with the necessary work and conduct a thorough check. Finally, the client makes the payment for the services rendered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in engineering construction, which has been more focused on serving commercial clients rather than residential ones. However, I've taken courses to expand my knowledge on plumbing systems in private homes. Additionally, I regularly participate in courses offered by equipment manufacturers like Navien, Rinnai, Rheem, and Bradford White. Moreover, I make it a point to stay updated on the latest advancements in the plumbing industry by keeping an eye on my colleagues at youtube.
