- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our premium window cleaning service includes: On the inside- vacuuming tracks, wash & the squeegee the windows outside- remove screens, brush the window frame with cobweb cleaner, brush tracks, wash & squeegee the window, wet scrub the screen with Screen Clean Machine, put everything back together. We also offer solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, & pressure washing. If you choose multiple services for the same visit, discounts will apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it as easy as possible for new customers. You can get a quote over the phone, in person, or online. The same applies for booking your appointment. Call us, book online, or just have your tech book your next appointment while they are at your house. You also get to choose the frequency. Depending on where you live, wind, sand sprinkler hard water, dog/people prints, bird droppings, bee pollen, dust, pollen can reek havoc on your windows & view. Some need monthly, some only twice a year. We also have customers that alternate between having both the inside & outside cleaned, just cleaning the outside- saving over 40% on every other visit. You & your home's exposure get to decide how often you need cleanings. No contracts, just great service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had the unique privilege of being trained by a second generation window cleaner that had been in the business himself for close to two decades on top of the decades his father was in the business. His family patented a cleaner that's still widely used today. I am grateful for wisdom he was able to pass on. Our team is also very plugged into the industry via associates, forums, trade show opportunities & vendors that help solve some of the more difficult cleaning or technical challenges. Regardless of the knowledge & training any company has, you need to trust them & feel comfortable with them in your home. That's what our company really focuses on.
