From the initial contact to the final clean up Chef William was a consummate professional. He is responsive, communicates clearly and listens to the customer’s needs. He made our event go off flawlessly allowing us to enjoy my parents milestone anniversary with elegantly prepared and served food which rivaled any fine dining institution I have been to. Wow! Chef William catered our birthday dinner out in Palm Desert and he was amazing! Not only was his food top quality, creative, delicious and prepared thoughtfully, his service and service and attention to detail was top notch. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the cuisine he was cooking and gave us fantastic background historical information as he served the tasty bites! His appetizers were scrumptious and his paella was beyond spectacular. We also highly enjoyed his chocolate cake. His server/helper Shane (?) was also very attentive and professional. They both cleaned up the work area afterwards and left the kitchen spotless. We were all very impressed and had a super experience! We highly recommend Chef William for your private chef/catering needs! We would 100% hire him again! Thank you Chef William!

Paella Dinner for 8. William was great! His communication was on point and timely, and he is delightful to work with. A top notch chef, he creates dishes with a high level of detail and thought that is way beyond the expected, which everyone loved at the first bite. His level of organization and experience in managing all of the details to presenting a meal helped to create a memorable event, perfect in every way.

Very professional from start to finish! Met with us personally ahead of the event to coordinate ideas. Came prepared and on time and everything from appetizers to dessert was amazing! Outstanding attentive service and clean up was great! Highly recommend Chef William!
