- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge Per Person accordingly depending on what menu items and service customers are inquiring.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate through email or by phone/text to gain better knowledge of what type of menu or services that you're requesting. Once agreed upon, we will lock in a date and request a deposit. The remainder of your event cost will be due 30 days days prior to your event date or in some circumstances two weeks before.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have successfully owned and operated 6 restaurants in the Coachella Valley. All restaurants have had full Catering options. I have been hands on from the preparation of the food, to supervising most events. I was able to successfully sell my restaurants and continue the Catering Division on a full time base.
