The 4dhaus team was able to help me with an investment property I own. I needed to understand how to fix it up as a vacation rental. I needed someone that could provide a multitude of services, like design, real estate expertise and vacation rental experience. They are very knowledgeable about how to price and feature the property to guests b/c they also have managed various vacation properties in different markets. I hired them to help market, design and style the property for me. The completed work was done so well, I was able to get some bookings right away with their help. The pricing was fair for the long term results in profit, so I recommend taking the time to get it done right.

I hired 4dhaur for a total remodel of my home. I needed to hire someone that could completely reconfigured the space and provide construction drawings . The onsite visit followed by the presentation with plans helped us submit the needed permits. The design package outlines everything in detail for the contractors to get the work done properly. I love the way my home is laid out now, everything flows so nicely and looks amazing. I highly recommend using them for a remodel, they were such a pleasure to work with.
