If you are an actor, you understand the importance of clear branding. A casting director wants to be able to know what to do with you. I posted that I needed actor headshots and that I wanted to rebrand myself as a "badguy." Jayson Oertel was enthusiastic about that challenge. We set a date, and started exchanging idea images on PInterest. This helped Jayson create a shot storyboard, to narrow down looks we wanted to go for. I liked Jayson's personality, intelligence, and his knowledge of the film industry. He arranged for an excellent hair/makeup guy, Jonathan Reisfeld, to join us (a nice bonus, not having to do a separate search). I was hoping to end up with 5 new looks, but I ended up with over 15! Jayson is an artist. If you are an actor, he knows how to get what you need. He is extremely generous with his time and talent. He's optimizing more images for me as we speak, even though he already kept his end of the agreement. We had fun. I posted some of the new pictures on Casting Networks, and, no kidding, within 5 minutes I was asked to an audition. THANKS, JAYSON!
