Hello! Welcome. I offer professional service in order to make your piano sing again. I will make sure the piano is playing at its best. If you are seeking a tuning, regulation, voicing, key repair, string replacement, to complete refurbishing, an insurance appraisal or deep cleaning I can help. Your satisfaction is my goal. I am confident that I will be able to service your piano for a fair price and I believe in transparency in pricing. There will be NO hidden fees or any surprises. Qualifications Current - Head Technician at UCSB (Santa Barbara) formerly the Senior Field Technician for Faust Harrison Pianos, (the largest dealership in the US). Former Senior Technician at New Jersey City University Sole proprietor of “Always in Tune - NYC” with a large clientele. I have tuned for the Academy Awards and the Grammy’s, several celebrities, as well as, several prestigious colleges including UCLA Nimoy Theater, Mannes college (NYC), Manhattan School of Music, SUNY-Purchase, and Cerritos College. I have been trained by both Steinway, Bechstein, and Yamaha Concert Technicians, truly the best in the business.

Ian - Was Awesome…. He arrived on time and completed the work timely. He explained a couple components about the piano I was not aware of. He cleaned and tuned our piano which sounds so much better. I will definitely use Ian’s services again. Thank You!

I received expert advice and a solid opinion on how to keep my piano sounding its best as well as knowledge on why the keys were a little firmer when pressed down compared to other pianos. I will use Ian for all future piano tunings or other services he offers which will help my piano sound closer to some of the more expensive models, even if not identical. Also, my dog Harmony seemed to get along well with him and considering her expert musical ears, that sealed the deal for me! Haha
