We had a skunk problem for weeks that I tried to resolve on my own but after the little critter started spraying every night keeping us awake with its god-awful stench I conceded my defeat and knew I had to bring in a professional. Luis was at our house within just a few hours of contacting him and assured me he would be able to help. He thoroughly inspected the crawlspace before sealing all points of entry protecting our home against the skunk squatter and future unwanted guests. Luis was fabulous to work with and we cannot recommend him highly enough. He helped us with a thorough garage cleaning at an older home we were about to renovate including disinfecting storage areas that had hidden mouse nesting debris that was discovered upon moving heavy, difficult to access furniture that had been stored for many years. He was prompt and professional and delivered strong value. We highly recommend Luis!

Provided great service. Spent almost 2 hours working on my yard to locate tunnels made by gophers. Then used a CO2 machine to gas the gophers. Also baited the area. Worth the price for the service to prevent further damage to my yard. I highly recommend this service if you have a gopher, vole, or moles.

Luis of Nex Pest was great. He came out quickly to assess the job site (a large hillside infested by gophers), gave a fair estimate and commenced first treatment that day. He spent several hours looking for all tunnels and applying the treatment. Luis then came back a week later to check for evidence of new tunnels and apply the treatment as needed. He is very thorough, professional and punctual. I would use him again and recommend highly.
