When we were first approached by Remote Retreats we were hesitant to allow someone else to manage our property. We didn’t think the guest communication or attention to detail would be what it was with us managing it ourselves. I have to say they have outdone us with their management. They treat each guest like family and take hospitality to another level in their guest communication. The professional photos and new decor brought the property to another level. Our revenue is up and we’ve surpassed past earnings, even with their management fees, and reduced our stress and time invested. I can’t say enough good things about this company.
