Kevin came out and gave me a straight forward quote for fixing a light fixture and was honest and professional in giving me all possible options. He removed a bad fixture and replaced a ballast in a second one and got my lights back on in less than an hour. Was very satisfied and saved his info so I can call him again for any electrical needs I may have in the future.

Had Fluorescent lighting replaced with LED lighting as old fixture was failing. downing Electric responded quickly and was able to get the crew out within 2 days. Job went smooth and quoted price was fair and that was what I was charged. Staff is professional and knowledgeable and provided excellent service.
