We needed to replace an old gas furnace and ducting. We had talked with multiple pros but Roger stood out to us by being very knowledgeable, and actively suggesting different options for the replacement, which we greatly appreciated. We decided to go with his suggestion, an efficient heat pump and air handler system, which is practically a heater and A/C all in one - for a reasonable price. In addition to offering alternatives and suggesting great options, Roger is vey professional, responsive, helpful, and efficient. He got the job done within two days and we could not be happier with our choice. We are actively recommending him to friends in need of HVAC replacements and would definitely work with him again!

Roger was a fantastic professional to work with for my AC Repair. My AC began regularly tripping it's circuit breaker. Roger responded quickly to my Thumbtack inquiry and asked for details regarding the issue. He was able to fit me in and show up the same day of my inquiry. His troubleshooting efforts were thorough while he explained what he was checking and what his findings were. While an unfortunate situation, I was confident in the diagnosis of my AC components having failed and in need of replacement. Roger offered multiple paths for repair/replace while outlining the differing costs and benefits of each choice, he was not pushy in how I should go about the repair. I chose the best option the fit my needs and Roger got to work. He performed a full analysis of my split system after the repairs and not just the condensing unit he was working on. Thorough. The whole event took multiple visits to my home to troubleshoot, repair, and replace but that was a matter of the issue at hand, timing, and parts availability - no fault to Roger. I highly recommend Roger for any AC inquiries.

The most reliable and amazing ac company I’ve interacted with ! Rodger (the owner) is very communicative and keeps you updated on your project he’s working on ! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not the cheapest, there is always going to be someone cheaper than myself, but I’m also not to overpriced for the size of the job. I try to stay in the range of fair price to the customer and my team. I consider my pricing and installations to be mid range price at a high quality installation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will start with an introduction and get a brief description of what you’re looking for, then schedule a day and time to do a walk through of your home. Once I am done with that, depending on the size of the project, it takes me one to three days to send over a proposal. Once you accept the proposal, we’ll schedule an installation day and move forward from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am C-20, OSHA-10, and EPA Certified.
