- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide in-person, free estimates. We give upfront, flat rate pricing, and often give more than one option on a job. Upfront, flat rate pricing, is designed to give you peace of mind, knowing the price, scope of work, and warranties before we start any work. We also offer flexible payment plans
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take a consultative approach to jobs. Ensuring we fully understand the needs of your home and your family before we start providing options. We achieve this by performing a thorough evaluation of your plumbing system as apart of our free estimates. This helps us identify if there are any under lying issues creating the symptoms your plumbing system is experiencing. After performing an evaluation and understanding the needs of your home and family, we typically provide 3 to 4 options, any of which will work for you today. With your approval, we typically get work started the same day. All work is backed by industry leading warranties, and we guarantee your %100 satisfaction with every job.
