Responded quickly, got someone out to me next day, and all work complete within hours. Replaced a prv, water main shutoff, and Jones valve off the meter for me. Quality of work looks greatly, and they were helpful and friendly.

I have my rights withholding my home address until I get estimates but they refuse to give me how much fee is it. It’s my money - not yours - why is it difficult to give me an estimate on how much is for 1) toilet problem 2) garden faucet 3) water sprinkler system 4) etc Guess what? They hang up on me. That sums up why I gave a bad review.

We apologize that you were unhappy with our policy of not providing an estimate over the phone or within the app. We strive to provide fair and transparent prices to all of our customers, and cannot do so in good faith prior to an inspection. This is why we do not charge a service fee to drive to our customer’s homes, and why we provide free inspections and quotes. Finally, as in any service industry, customer service is our main priority. Should one of our representatives have ended the call, it would have been at the cause of feeling they were being treated badly or in a position in which they felt the call needed to be ended and that decision was not being respected. Though we would have loved to provide you with plumbing services, it is evident we were not the right fit for you and we wish you the best of luck with the company you choose to proceed with.

Michael immediately responded to my request in the evening and came out first thing the following morning to look at an urgent issue. He gave me a quote and had his crew there to fix it in the afternoon. They were on time, did quality work, and kept me well-informed of when they would arrive and when the work was completed. I would hire Clearwater again.
