- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair pricing. The more details you can provide me about your special event, the better. I will quote you appropriately. Some factors that I take into consideration when providing a quote are travel distance, event size, time commitment and will decorations be purchased by myself or the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Feel free to be the first to reach out to me. I will respond 100% of the time. Even if I see my schedule is booked, I will close the loop but please think of me for any future events. Common courtesy is #1. I will then schedule an initial phone conversation to make sure the vibes are right. From there, let the party planning begin!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My specialty tool belt is vast. On this platform I am giving light to my love of event planning and event decor curating. All stemming from my innate ability to organize any type of chaos. Fun fact: I have coordinated and lead a breathwork team building event for a non-profit organization. So, I know the power of taking a deep breath and encouraging my client too as event planning can be an emotionally charging process.
