Unfortunately we have put the floor installation on hold so our review is based on our experiences as we negotiated the installation contract. We spoke and met with Roger. He was professional and respectful of our needs and concerns. His honesty and willingness to explain all that was involved in our job, work time, finances, and expectations, created a confidence in the quality of work we could expect, which all made the process smooth. We would NOT hesitate to call Roger again.

Nice guys. Maybe they are good for non-electrical work. Unfortunately, their electrical repairs were very, very They didn't seem to know how to perform the repairs (8 hours! for a 2-4 hour job), absurdly costly (they asked $1300 and we settled on $1000--still very high--for several dimmer switches, replacing a circuit, and checking polarity in outlets). They left me with a dimmer that was broken that had been working just fine prior to their visit. They did offer to return to fix what they broke. No thanks.

My coustumbers should know that i like to charge only for the things i do for the job. I like to see tge job before i give a estimate and a price and i will to give them a good offer for the project.

Talk to them about the projects give them good ideas and was the best way to do it for them so they could be happy .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been working wit alot contractors and also wit alot of costumbers and i have a more than 14 years of expiriance. Evertime i do a project i learn something new .
