Jacob the sales rep was very patient explaining the alternatives for my initial request for rodent removal and attic cleanup. After consideration given my factors it made better $ sense to finally proceed with removing the very old inadequate cellulose insulation, seal air gaps and entry points to lock out the rodent, then install r38 insulation. My home is 2000sqft built in 1958. They were able to schedule me the next day with a double crew of six. The crew was on time and very friendly, asked if I had any questions after explaining what they would be doing, and they jumped into the work. Turned out my house had a lot of entry points for the rodents and the crew diligently closed them all up with steel mesh in the attic, crawlspace and exterior roof points. They amazingly got the job done in one day, normally it takes two. I made the right decision going with Attic Pros and greatly appreciate the hard work the crew put in, they really worked as a team.

Wais was great in evaluating our situation, and prompt in scheduling us. Alex was great in providing us with rodent proofing. He was professional, hard working, and very thorough. He showed us pictures of the many (!) holes that he found and sealed. We are very happy with the work.
