I reached out to AtticPros on Dec 9 to have our HVAC system inspected due to our thermostat and fans not working properly. I learned of them via a flyer I received in the mail, and their Yelp rating and reviews were positive. They responded quickly and we set up a time for Dec 11. Our technician Waseem showed up on time, inspected our furnace and thermostat and determined that we needed to replace the thermostat. He was able to do this on the same visit as the inspection! Waseem was courteous, knowledgable, professional and efficient; he even reached out the next day to check in on how the thermostat was working. He was also extremely kind, and prompt with his responses when I texted with some follow up questions. I am comfortable recommending AtticPros.

I called Attic Pros for an estimate and was able to have someone come out for an estimate within 2 days of my call. Samim was the estimator, he did a thorough inspection of what was needed and explained how the work would be done. I was able to have the work scheduled within 4 days of receiving the estimate which was outstanding. The working conditions of the crawl space for the removal of insulation and rodent abatement were challenging but Omar and his crew did a great job and worked tireless all day to complete the work. Attic Pros impressed us from the beginning. Samim’s initial inspection of the work area was thorough and included photographs, what materials will be used and why, and a description of how the work will proceed. The work crew arrived right on time and they got busy covering walls and floors with protective layers to contain the materials. The crew leader, Nico Otten communicated well with us and sent short videos and progress reports throughout the 3-day job. They were prompt, clean, thorough, professional and did great work. We are 100% satisfied and would highly recommend Attic Pros to others.
