Fatah followed up a few days after the original work to do a little more observation and crawl space spraying. The original crew was outstanding and got their work done in time. So, to have Fatah follow up at my request was great service. He explained the issue and shared video so I can understand. Thank You Attic Pros!

Our 1890's backyard carriage house had become the unwanted, rent-free home to a gang of rats. We use the space as a garage, and like many garages, it had become cluttered. The rats had eaten through our set of cornhole bags, and everything was, well, gross. It felt like a huge project to try to clean and clear it out, let alone managing the rodent mitigation. We needed professional help! After contacting Attic Pros, I was connected with Wes, who came for a site visit. He took photos and talked me through the process of working with them. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring that this was very manageable project for their team. He sent me a quote shortly thereafter, which I felt was a fair price for the job. It included hauling away soiled stuff in addition to cleaning out the carriage house, sanitizing the items still inside (a lot of stuff), rodent proofing all entry points with screens (there were a lot), setting traps, and follow up visits. When the scheduled date came, Jorge and his team arrived on time and got right to work. Jorge decided that more hands were needed and called in more team members. In a half day, they had cleaned out, sanitized, hauled away, and rodent proofed our two story carriage house. They went above and beyond and added some screens to an area leading to a crawl space under our home, which we were concerned could be where the rats would flee to. We are really grateful to have called Attic Pros!
