- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home is different, so pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the work. Most projects range from $1,500 to $40,000 — smaller jobs like rodent proofing or spot cleanup are at the lower end, while full attic or crawl space restorations (insulation removal, sanitizing, rodent proofing, and new insulation) are at the higher end. We offer FREE in-home inspections and estimates. You'll get a clear, written quote before any work begins — no hidden fees, no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact us and we'll schedule a FREE in-home inspection at a time that works for you. 2. Our specialist inspects your attic and/or crawl space and shows you photos of what we find. 3. You receive a clear, written estimate with recommended options — no pressure. 4. Our trained crew completes the work, keeping your home clean and protected. 5. We do a final walkthrough with you, plus follow-up visits when needed (for example, rodent trap checks). Our work is backed by our warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attic Pros has been in business since 2009 and is a fully licensed California contractor (CSLB #1022608) holding B (General Building), C2 (Insulation), C20 (HVAC), and C36 (Plumbing) licenses. We are also a licensed pest control company. Our technicians are trained in-house on insulation removal and installation, rodent removal and exclusion, sanitizing, crawl space work, and job-site safety. We are fully insured with general liability and workers' compensation.
